Desiree Balkenende & co are playing a dictator-game with the NL-constitution. Article 100 states: 'parties in power in parliament' are only obliged to inform the rest of the parliament when they want to send military power to a warzone for maintaining the International Law or aid. Since 1 may 2007 this article is overruled by my ICC-case against Balkenende. My case proves that NL is No longer a State of law, because Balkenende himself has made sure that 'simple people can't start lawcvases with the Dutch supreme court against MPs, in case of misconduct'. Balkenende may not prolong the Afghan-mission with NL-soldiers in this situation! Balkenende & co spelen dictator-spelletjes met de Nl-grondwet. Artikel 100 zegt: 'partijen aan de macht in parlement' zijn alleen verplicht de rest van het parlement te informeren over het uitzenden van de krijgsmacht naar oorlogsgebieden voor handhaving van de Internationale Rechtsorde of hulpverlening. This is wrong, because they only use verdicts to gain more popularity for the number of seats of the political party, not for improvements in the courtsystems'. In my book I publish the complete NLF-plan for Evolution in EQ Balance-model Human rights and Nature–economy must rebalance people on the planet = HN-economy Exchange the 'licence to kill economy' for a 'fair trade economy, thanks to social entrepreneurship'. Intelligent people don't need to produce goods & services made in slavery and destruction. Why do you believe, you need 'a licence to kill economy'? You can live your life, have status quo and money on a healty planet. Money Money is just a resource, no longer inherent to raw materials. Stock-exchanges balance the amount of money, flowing around the World. We live between a minimum price and freeze prices. Balance = human body, international law, nature and price ranges. Why? People have plundered planet Earth for raw materials. The World is in unbalance, we have to correct it. Mother Nature is in charge. When we don't do our jobs careful, she causes a nature disaster. Our present price theory – based on money in exchange for raw materials – is not easurring for the grieve of Mother Nature. We must give her what she wants = price budgets in balance with raw materials to prevent planet Earth from becoming Mars... without Venus... Mother Nature practises 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth'. So must we, only to restore Earth. Undo what we have destroyed. Important: There is not enough money on planet Earth to give 6.5 billion individuals a healty life in fair trade & nature. A main cause for civil wars. We have to count the available amount of money first, before 'we can save the World from poverty, disasters and wars'. Make sure that there is enough money for balancing. Money should be a simple tool to protect individuals without starting a war. Money is worthless. Evolution of EQ is what gives individuals self-esteem, selfconfidence & self-consious. Thinking-pattern to recover Earth are still free, only the fight against a lawless life without materials at your disposal costs you money. 1 Currency on planet Earth, the Valuta. Year-budget per resident per country = 50.000 Valuta for transformation to HR-economy. Every country has to repay it's national debt per resident first. A country may not be in debt anymore! Wehen they start to work as a volunteer, they receive the extra 1500 euro per year. For home-offices too! Thus all individuals who now live of a ' industrial disability-insurance' get this contract. Sickness, reporting ill, syndromes, sick leave, absence through illness...etc... is described in tables as much as possible. So, everbody knows 'what sickness is'. Individuals can go to the Arbitrers-court with conflicts. For industrial accidents, extra income is arranged in the Collective Labour Agreement. In all cases of industrial accidents, the Arbiters-court must judge the situation. Civilians are free to decide 'what contract they need'. Registarted in the municipals HN-ethos-buro. Members of parliament and government are still in controle of all budgets, resulting in LESS bureacracy, more labour-activities... and less civil wars.
