Wikileaks has very strong legal position thanks to Torture-treaty

According to this Torture-treaty its forbidden for politicians to ignore or violate fundamental human rights. Neither may politicians work together with other politicians who are guilty of the violation of fundamental HRs.

As soon as an individual has no fundamental HRs anymore, he/she has to turn to the International Criminal Court. This court has the legal obligation to stop and clean up the national court, when a national court appears to be a Lobby & Assasination-centre. ICC has also the obligation to stop & punish politicians who violate all fundamental HRs in the life of the individual.

My lawcase against NL within ICC against the Dutsch supreme court, President Balkenende & co & MPs...and civil servants, proves that ICC is a Lobby- & Assasination-centre itself.

But....
ICC refuses to recognize individuals as human beings with HRs...and tortures & kills lawless persons on request of politicians.

They have 3 methods for their practices:

Wikileaks en het Internationaal Strafhof Wikileaks heeft een zéér sterke juridische positie, dankzij het Folter-verdrag Volgens dit Folter-verdrag mogen politici de fundamentele mensenrechten niet negeren of schenden. Ook mogen politici niet samenwerken met andere politici die wel de mensenrechten schenden. Zodra een individu helemaal geen fundamentele mensenrechten meer heeft, moet hij/zij naar het Internationaal Strafhof. Deze rechtbank heeft de juridische plicht om de nationale rechtbank - die werkt als Lobby & Liquidatie-centrum - te stoppen enop te schonen. Ook moet het Int.Strafhof politici die alle fundamentele mensenrechten schenden in het leven van een individu stoppen & straffen.
